MEMBERSHIP All
chapter members shall be members of National AADE. Member
qualifications shall be as follows:
ACTIVE MEMBER: (current member of
AADE)
HealthCare professionals with an interest in diabetes education or
research. They are eligible for nominating, holding Board
positions, and having voting privileges. They receive CE units for
the general meetings and the one day CE program. They shall not be
one who is employed by a company which is in the business of sales
or marketing of diabetes pharmaceuticals, supplies or equipment. ASSOCIATE MEMBER:
(current member of AADE)
Shall be a person with an interest in diabetes education and
have all privileges of Active members except the right to vote,
make nominations, or hold office on the Board of Directors.
SUBSCRIBER: (not currently an AADE member or by
choice)
A subscriber shall be invited to attend the general
meetings/programs and receive CE units at those meetings. They
shall receive a copy of the directory and are invited to attend
the one-day CE program at the member rate. |
